There are several reports available after the applicant is scored.

Short Report
A brief 1 to 2 page report that lists the indiviual trait scored for each assessment taken.

Standard Report
This report format lists the indiviual trait scores for each assessment taken and short descriptions that help you understand what each trait score means. Can be 2 to 8 pages long depending on the number of assesments the applicant has taken.

Extended Report
A detailed report that lists the indiviual trait scores, full explainations about what each trait score means, suggested interview questions based on the applicant's responses and training and management tips that apply to this aplicant.
